Mr. Alia is also a U.S. Patent Attorney Registered to Practice in Patent cases before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO Reg. # 64,631).


Mr. Alia studied Physics at Drexel and Temple University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in San Diego, California where he received a Juris Doctor Degree in Law. Mr. Alia also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania.
